不同药物预防小儿丙泊酚静脉注射痛的观察比较

目的 比较利多卡因、瑞芬太尼、氟比洛芬预处理对小儿丙泊酚注射痛的影响.方法 将200例行非气管插管全身麻醉下的小儿随机分为四组:C组静脉推注生理盐水+丙泊酚;R组静脉推注小剂量的瑞芬太尼(0.3 μg/kg)+丙泊酚;F组静脉推注氟比洛芬(1 mg/kg)+丙泊酚;L组静脉推注利多卡因(1 mg/kg)预处理.根据患者的4点口述评定量表(VRS)对丙泊酚注射痛评分,并记录注药期间出现的所有不良反应.结果 四组患者年龄、身高、体重、男女比例、ASA分级和不良反应等差异无统计学意义.C组注射痛发生率显著高于其它三组(P＜0.01).L组注射痛发生率显著低于R、F组(P＜0.05).R组和F组之间差异无统计学意义.L组回忆痛明显低于其他三组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 瑞芬太尼、氟比洛芬和利多卡因都能有效缓解疼痛的发生,但利多卡因效果更佳.

Different drugstore in prevention of pain caused by propofol injection in children

Objective To compare the effects of lidocaine,remifentanil,and flurbiprofen in the prevention of the pain caused by propofol injection in children.Methods 200 children undergoing venous general anesthesia were randomly divided into group C,injected propofol and normal saline,group R,injected propofol and ramifentanil 0.3 μg/kg,froup,injected propofol and flurbiprofen 1 mg/kg,and group L,injected propofol and lidocaine 1 mg/kg.Four-point Scale was used to assess the patients' pain during the injection of propofol.Results The incidence of the pain caused by propofol injection was significant higher in group C than in other groups (P＜0.01) and was significantly lower in group L than in group R and group F (P＜0.05).Conclusions Pretreatment with ramifentanil,flurbiprofen,and lidocaine can significantly decrease the incidence of the pain caused by propofol injection.
