| 摘 要： | 目的合成雷公藤硫氰酸基内酯醇。方法以雷公藤甲素为起始原料，通过亲核取代反应生成雷公藤硫氰酸基内酯醇。结果总收率为79．5％，目标化合物的结构经IR、^1H—NMR、MS等方法确证。结论利用半合成技术开发高效低毒的新药是一条重要途径。
