| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨藤茶总黄酮（TF）对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：以碳廓清率法、血清半数溶血值测定法和免疫消浊比浊法，测定正常小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清溶血素含量、总补体活性和血清补体C3含量。结果：TF能显著提高正常小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能，明显促进血清溶血素和补体C3的生成，并提高总补体活性，以上均呈一定的剂量依赖性。结论：TF可能提高正常小鼠的免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the influence of total flavone (TF) on the immune function of normal mice. Methods: The phagocytization of the mice's monocytes,the concentrations of serum hemolysin and the activity of the serum total complement were measured by colorimetry and the levels of complement 3 (C3) were evaluated by immuno scattering turbidity assay. Results: TF en-hanced the phagocytization of the mice's monocytes,the concentrations of serum hemolysin and C3,and increased the activity of the serum total complement in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: TF might improve the immune functions of normal mice. |
