注射用炎琥宁致过敏性休克

1例2岁男性患儿，因疱疹性咽峡炎、发热入院。给予注射用炎琥宁（80 mg，qd）静脉滴注，并联合头孢美唑钠（1.0 g，qd）抗感染治疗。在应用上述药物第4天，头孢美唑静滴完毕，给予炎琥宁滴注3 min后，患儿出现过敏性休克，伴躯干、下肢大面积皮疹，立即停药，给予肾上腺素和异丙嗪，并吸氧治疗处理，10 min后呼吸和心率好转，40 min后皮疹开始消退，第2天晨随访，患儿皮疹全部消失，生命体征平稳。病情好转于下午出院。

Anaphylactic shock induced by potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate for injection

One 2-year-old male patient was hospitalized for herpangina and fever. The patient was intravenously given potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate 80 mg and cefmetazole sodium 1.0 g, once a day. At the fourth day, the patient ifnished the infusion of cefmetazole sodium, and suffered allergic shock with rash in body and lower limbs during the infusion of potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate for 3 minutes. Then the medication was stopped immediately, adrenaline, promethazine and the inhalation of oxygen were given. Ten minutes later, the symptoms relieved, and rash abated gradually forty minutes later. In the next morning, the rash disappeared completely and the life signs were stable. The patient was discharged in the afternoon.
