复方冰甲乳膏长期毒性试验研究

摘    要:目的:观察复方冰甲乳膏对大鼠的长期毒性。方法:将80只SD大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为4组,分别是空白对照组和受试药高剂量组(3.00 g·kg-1)、中剂量组(1.50 g·kg-1)、低剂量组(0.75 g·kg-1),每组20只,每天皮肤涂抹一次,每周6 d,连续给药13周,停药恢复2周。观察一般状况、体质量及进食量。同时检测大鼠的血常规、血生化、脏器系数和组织病理学改变。结果:各剂量组大鼠外观体征、行为活动等无明显异常,体质量、摄食量增加正常;血常规指标、血生化指标、脏器系数与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),组织病理学检查未出现任何异常改变。结论:复方冰甲乳膏对SD大鼠皮肤涂抹给药13周,未出现明显的毒性作用。

Study on the long-term toxicity of compound Bingjia cream

Abstract:Objective:To observe the long-term toxicity of compound Bingjia cream on rats.Methods:Eighty SD rats,half male and half female,were randomly divided into control group,high-dose group(3.00 g·kg-1),medium-dose group(1.50 g·kg-1)and lowdose group(0.75 g·kg-1).There were 20 rats in each group.Compound Bingjia cream were applied to the skin of rats in different dose groups with corresponding dose once a day,six days every week for 13 weeks.2 weeks after withdrawal,the general condition,body weight and food intake of rats were observed.And the indexes of hematology,blood biochemistry,organ coefficient and histopathological changes in rats were simultaneously detected.Results:The physical signs,behavioral activities,the increase of body weight and food intake of rats in each dose group were all normal.There were no significant differences in indexes of hematology,blood biochemistry and organ coefficient between compound Bingjia cream groups and control group(P>0.05).No abnormal changes in histopathological examination were found in compound Bingjia cream groups.Conclusion:Compound Bingjia cream had no obvious toxic effect on SD rats after 13 weeks of application.
