不同年代9 818例海洛因依赖者吸毒方式与并发传染病分析

目的:了解近9年广东地区海洛因依赖人群吸毒方式的变化与并发传染病的情况,以便进一步做好减少毒品危害工作。方法:将1997―1999年4457例海洛因依赖出院病例分为Ⅰ组,2000―2002年2657例为Ⅱ组,2003―2005年2704例为Ⅲ组;调查患者入院时吸毒方式及感染传染性肝炎、梅毒、艾滋病、活动性肺结核等疾病情况。结果:Ⅰ组4457例中静脉注射1855例、占41.6%,传染病患病率为9.1%;Ⅱ组2657例中静脉注射1301例、占49.0%,传染病患病率为13.5%;Ⅲ组2704例中静脉注射1475例、占54.5%,传染病患病率为19.0%;组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:近9年来广东地区海洛因依赖者采用静脉注射方式吸毒人数及并发传染病患病率均有不断上升趋势,其中以乙型、丙型病毒性肝炎、艾滋病病毒感染更为明显。

Investigation of Drug-taking and Incidence of Infectious Disease among 9 818 Cases of Heroin Addicts

Objective: To investigate the current situation of drug-abuse and incidence of infectious disease among the heroin addicts in Guangdong province for the recent nine years. Methods: The heroin addicts were divided into 3 groups: 4 457 cases from 1997 to 1999 as group one, 2 657 cases from 2000 to 2002 as group two, and 2 704 cases from 2003 to 2005 as group three. Survey data included drug-taking methods, hepatitis, syphilis, HIV and pulmonary tuberculosis. Results: In group one, 1 855(41.6%) intravenous injection drug users (IDUs) and 9.1% had infectious disease. In group two, 1 301 IDUs(49.0%) and 13.5% had infectious disease. In group three,1 475 IDUs(54.5%) and 19.0% had infectious disease. There was a significant difference between the groups. Conclusion: Intravenous injection drug users and incidence of infectious disease increased yearly in Guangdong province for the recent nine years. The main incidence of infection were hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV.
