关于脂肪肝和高血脂治疗的研究进展

近年来，随着人民生活水平的不断提高，动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的发病率有增长的趋势，在动脉粥样硬化及冠心病的发病原因中，高血脂症是一项重要因素，因此，降血脂也就成为防治动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的重要治疗措施。在临床上，治疗高血脂症，西药一般采用他汀类、胆汁酸结合树脂类等，虽然疗效确切，但常常引起腹泻、腹胀，甚至引起肌炎等不良反应。而近年来临床研究证明，许多中药都具有降低血脂的作用，如决明子、大黄、何首乌等，降血脂中药具有疗效确切，无明显的毒副作用的优点。

Research advances of treatment on fatty liver and hyperlipidemia

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people＇ s living standards, there is a growing tendency on incidence of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Hyperlipidemia is a vital factor in the causes of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease ; therefore, decreasing blood lipid has become important measure for prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. Clinically, western medicine such as Statins, bile acid binding resins etc. , are commonly used in the treatment of hyperlipoidemia. Although the effect is exact, side effects such as diarrhea, abdominal distension, and even myositis and other adverse reactions often occur. Current clinical studies have shown that many Chinese traditional medicines such as semen cassiae, rhubarb and fleece-flower root etc. can reduce the blood lipids with the advantages of exact effect and no obvious toxic side effects.
