法舒地尔联合蚓激酶治疗急性脑梗死62例临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨法舒地尔联合蚓激酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择本院2007年2月至2009年2月急性脑梗死患者122例,随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给以法舒地尔和蚓激酶治疗,14d为一个疗程,共两个疗程。2个疗程结束后,对两组患者治疗前后进行神经功能缺损程度评分,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为91.9%,对照组的总有效率为70.O%,两组的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论法舒地尔联合蚓激酶治疗急性脑梗死临床效果显著,能够显著改善患者的神经功能,值得临床借鉴。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fasudil combined with lumbrokinase on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 122cases with acute cerebral infarction selected from February,2007 to February,2009 ,were divided into two groups, cure group and control group. The routine treatment was used to control group, fasudil combined with lumbrokinase was given to cure group on the basis of the therapy of control group, the course of treatment was 14 days. After two courses, scores of neurologic impairment was evaluated, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two group. Results The total rate of clinical efficacy in cure group was 91.9%, and the total rate of clinical efficacy in cure group was 70. 0% , there was statistical difference between two groups (P 〈 0.01 ) ;after treatment, the scores of neurologic impairment in cure groups were lower than those in control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Fasudil combined with lumbrokinase on acute cerebral infarction has significant clinical effection, and may improve the function of nerve, the therapy should be the reference.
