无医学指征剖宫产率上升的临床分析

目的深入探讨无剖宫产指征孕妇选择剖宫产的原因。方法对2年间东营市人民医院无医学指征剖宫产病例资料进行回顾性统计分析。结果害怕产痛、担心难产、认为剖宫产安全、选择良辰吉日和担心影响产后性生活为剖宫产的主要原因。其中，选择良辰吉日和担心影响产后性生活的剖宫产率呈上升趋势，两年相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论降低无医学指征剖宫产率应从医患双方着手，严格掌握剖宫产指征，提高产科质量，开展无痛分娩技术，采取开展孕妇学校等多种形式进行宣教，提高对剖宫产的正确认识，控制不必的剖宫产，减少母婴并发症。

Clinical analysis on the increasing cesarean section rate without medical indication

Objective To investigate the reasons for pregnant women choosing cesarean section without medical indication. Methods The cesarean section without medical indication cases occurred during 2 years were analyzed retrospectively. Results There are several main causes such as fearing of labor pain,worried about dystocia, considering the safety of cesarean, choosing lucky date and worried about sexual life quality of postpartum, in which,the cesarean section rate increased due to the latter two reasons（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion To decrease the rate of cesarean section without medical indication, control unnecessary cesarean of social factors and therefore decrease occurrence of maternal and infant complication ,we should strictly handle the indication of cesarean, improve the quality of obatretics. We should take a variety of forms such as earring out painless delivery, school for pregnant women for publicity and education ,which can improve the patients＇ , correct cognition to cesarean.
