生物反馈结合舍曲林治疗焦虑症的临床体会

目的探讨生物反馈结合舍曲林治疗焦虑症的效果。方法 124例焦虑症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组接受舍曲林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用生物反馈治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、治疗效果、不良反应发生率及药物用量。结果治疗前,两组躯体因子及精神因子评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗2周后躯体因子及精神因子评分分别为(5.56±1.14)、(9.67±2.68)分,治疗6周后躯体因子及精神因子评分分别为(2.26±0.85)、(6.61±1.64)分,均显著低于对照组的(7.06±1.98)、(12.83±3.79)分和(3.34±0.96)、(7.62±1.87)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率98.39%显著高于对照组的87.10%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组舍曲林用量为(52.41±5.28)mg/d,少于对照组的(65.85±6.41)mg/d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取舍曲林结合生物反馈治疗焦虑症可显著缓解其焦虑情绪,不良反应发生率低,且所用药物剂量少,效果满意。

Clinical experience of biofeedback combined with sertraline in the treatment of anxiety disorders

Objective To discuss the effect of biofeedback combined with sertraline in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Methods A total of 124 patients with anxiety disorders were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group received sertraline treatment, and the observation group received biofeedback treatment on the basis of the control group. The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) score before and after treatment, therapeutic effects, incidence of adverse reactions, and drug dosages were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in somatic factors score and mental factors score between the two groups(P>0.05). In the observation group, the somatic factors score and mental factors score were(5.56±1.14) and(9.67±2.68) points after 2 weeks of treatment, and(2.26±0.85) and(6.61±1.64) points after 6 weeks of treatment, which were significantly lower than(7.06±1.98),(12.83±3.79) and(3.34±0.96),(7.62±1.87) points of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate 98.39% in the observation group was significantly higher than 87.10% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The dosage of sertraline in the observation group was(52.41±5.28) mg/d, which was less than(65.85±6.41) mg/d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sertralin combined with biofeedback therapy can significantly relieve anxiety in patients with anxiety disorder, with low incidence of adverse effects and low doses of drugs used, and the effect is satisfactory.
