丁苯酞注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗急性进展性脑梗死的临床效果

目的分析急性进展性脑梗死(APCI)患者采用丁苯酞注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗的效果。方法100例急性进展性脑梗死患者,使用双盲法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患者服用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增用丁苯酞注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的NIHSS评分均较本组治疗前降低,且观察组患者的NIHSS评分(9.75±4.06)分低于对照组的(18.81±3.37)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总成效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性进展性脑梗死患者选择丁苯酞注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,可以较好改善病情,修复受损神经功能。

Clinical effect of butylphthalide injection combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction

Objective To analyze the effect of butylphthalide injection combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction(APCI).Methods A total of 100 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction were divided into observation group and control group according to double-blind method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide injection based on the control group.The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score before and after treatment and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the NIHSS score(9.75±4.06)points of the observation group was lower than(18.81±3.37)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with progressive cerebral infarction,butylphthalide injection combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets can improve the condition and repair the damaged nerve function.
