| 摘 要： | TRIPS协议中提出了对药品数据进行保护的相关规定,WTO组织下的世界各国采取了不同方式和程度的药品数据保护。本文首先详细分析了美国、欧盟和日本等发达国家的数据保护现状,在对TRIPS协议进行深入分析的基础上,总结了世界各国药品数据保护存在的问题,并论述了我国药品数据保护的现状、建立的必要性以及完善的建议。
