三例达格列净致糖尿病酮症酸中毒的药学监护及文献分析

目的:探讨临床药师在达格列净致糖尿病酮症酸中毒的药物治疗方案制订和药学监护中的作用。方法:临床药师参与3例达格列净致糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的治疗,结合相关文献,协助医师完善治疗方案,提供用药建议并实施药学服务。结果和结论:达格列净致糖尿病酮症酸中毒的发生与患者胰岛功能差、胰岛素停用或减量等因素相关。临床药师参与临床治疗,制订个体化给药方案,提出药物治疗适应证及合理用药建议,可以促进药物的合理应用,避免糖尿病酮症酸中毒等不良事件的发生。

Three cases of pharmaceutical care of dapagliflozin induced diabetic ketoacidosis and literature review

Objective:To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the development of drug treatment regimens and pharmaceutical care for the patients with dapagliflozin induced diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods:Clinical pharmacists were involved in the treatment of 3 patients with dapagliflozin induced diabetic ketoacidosis.Medication recommendations and pharmaceutical care were provided through the access of related literature,assistance to clinical physicians in further improvement of treatment regimens and offering medication suggestions and pharmaceutical care.Results and Conclusion:Dapagliflozin induced diabetic ketoacidosis was closely related to the poor function of pancreatic islets as well as insulin withdrawal or reduction.Through direct involvement in clinical treatment,development of individualized therapy regimens,proposition of treatment indications and reasonable medication suggestions,clinical pharmacists could promote rational drug use and avoid such adverse events as diabetic ketoacidosis.
