摘    要:目的:优选对复方二仙汤中主要活性成分吸附性能最佳的大孔吸附树脂。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定不同大孔树脂对指标性总黄酮和总生物碱的吸附量。结果:复方中黄酮类和生物碱类成分在不同型号大孔树脂上的吸附容量有罗显差异。结论:国外XAD-2型树脂对总黄酮吸附容量最大,XAD-4型树脂对总生物碱吸附容量最大。

Abstract:Objective: To select the optimal macroporous adsorbing resin for adsorbing active components in Er-xian decoction.Methods: UV spectrophotometry was employed to determine the adsorption capacity of different macroporous adsorbing resins for total flavonoids and total alkaloids.Results: Adsorption capacity of congenial adsorbents in macroporous adsorbing resins of different types was significantly different. Conclusion: The quantity of total flavonoids in Er-xian decoction adsorbed by type-XAD-2 resin was largest and the quantity of total alkaloids adsorbed by type-XAD-4 resin was largest.
