摘    要:糖尿病足综合征(DFS)是糖尿病严重慢性并发症之一,其发病机制至今尚未完全阐明。晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)的形成参与DFS的发生、发展,AGEs与AGEs受体(RAGE)相互作用,并通过一系列分子机制导致糖尿病神经病变和外周血管病变。因此,抑制AGEs形成或阻断AGEs与其受体相互作用可以延缓糖尿病足的发生、发展。本文就AGEs形成、AGE-RAGE系统在DFS中的作用和DFS的治疗进展等作一综述。

Abstract:Diabetic foot syndrome (DFS) is one of serious chronic complications of diabetes mellitus. The pathogenesis of DFS is still unclear. Formation of advanced glycosylation end products (AGEs) may be involved in the pathogenesis of DFS. They can interact with receptor of advanced glyosylation end products (RAGE) and lead to diabetic neuropathy and peripheral vascular diseases through a series of molecular mechanisms. Therefore, inhibition of AGEs formation or blockade of AGEs binding to RAGE may delay the onset and progression of DFS. AGE-RAGE system, their role in development of DFS and therapy of DFS are reviewed in this paper.
