艾迪注射液联合NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

目的比较NP化疗方案联合艾迪注射液与单纯NP方案对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及不良反应。方法72例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组(36例)接受NP方案加艾迪注射液50 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液500 mL静脉滴注,qd;对照组(36例)单用NP方案。两组均以4周为1个周期,重复3个周期。结果治疗组比对照组的近期疗效有效率高,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。但治疗组的临床症状改善率高于对照组(P<0.05),而血液不良反应、胃肠道反应均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液在非小细胞肺癌的治疗中能显著减轻化学治疗(化疗)药物引起的胃肠道反应,对骨髓具有保护作用,并可改善患者的临床症状。

Clinical Study on Efficacy of Aidi Injection Plus NP Regimen in Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and the quality of life between NP regimen combined with aidi injection(AI) with those of the chemotheraphy alone in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods Seventy-two cases of NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups,trial group(36) and control group(36).In the trial group NP plus AI were given,while in the control group,only NP chemotheraphy was given,both regimens were repeated 4 weeks for three cycles. Results The effective rate in the trial group was higher than that of control group,but without significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).But the improvement clinical symptoms trial group was higher than that of the the control group(P<0.05),and the rates of adverse reactions in bone marrow and digestive tract were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Aidi injection can reduce the adverse reactions of chemotheraphy and improve the quality of life in non-small cell lung cancer.
