| 摘 要： | 腰椎管狭窄是骨科常见疾病之一，也是中老年人的常见病。文章主要通过分析2019年丹麦发布的针对腰椎管狭窄症的国家临床指南，对疾病的诊断、治疗，以及根据涵盖手术和非手术治疗方案的10种干预措施进行解读。在此基础上结合中国临床实际进行阐述，以期待指南中的结论、科研设计为中国临床医师提供参考，为今后对腰椎管狭窄症患者进行统一的高质量治疗。

| Abstract: | Lumbar spinal stenosis is one of the common diseases in orthopaedics,and it is also a common disease in middle aged and elderly people. This article mainly analyzes the national clinical guidelines for lumbar spinal stenosis issued by Denmark in 2019,and interpreted the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis,as well as 10 interventions covering surgical and non-surgical treatment. On this basis,combined with clinical practice of China, we hope that the conclusions and scientific research design in the guide will provide reference for Chinese clinicians,and provide unified high-quality treatment for patients with lumbar spinal stenosis in the future. |
