耳针结合康复对人工全膝关节置换术后早期功能恢复的影响

目的]观察耳针结合康复对人工全膝关节置换术后早期功能的疗效。方法]将60例患者随机分为综合组30例和对照组30例,对照组采用常规持续被动运动(CPM)机进行持续被动运动;综合组除采用常规CPM机进行持续被动运动外,接受耳针治疗,同时按天津中医药大学第一附属医院康复科制定的3个阶段康复训练程序进行早期康复治疗。3周后分别对两组患者的患膝进行膝关节主动活动度(AROM)、全膝关节置换疾病特异性评估(WOMAC)以及功能独立性评测(FIM)量表的评定,对结果进行统计分析比较。结果]治疗后综合组患者AROM、WOMAC及FIM评分与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中综合组AROM高于对照组(P<0.01),综合组WOMAC量表每项积分均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),综合组的FIM评估在生活自理、转移、行进三项内容积分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]耳针结合康复对改善全膝关节置换术后患者膝关节功能水平有良好的疗效。

Effect of auricular acupuncture combined with convalescence on patients after artificial total knee substitution

Objective] To observe the effect of auricular acupuncture combined with convalescence on patients after total knee replacement or total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods] The 60 patients were divided into treatment group treated with auricular acupuncture combined with convalescence and control group treated with CPM only for 3 weeks. The effect, including knee active range of motion(AROM), WOMAC score and FIM score, in two groups was evaluated, compared and statistically analyzed. Results] There was significant difference between the two groups in AROM, WOMAC score and FIM score. AROM of patients in treatment group was larger than those of patients in control group(P<0.01). WOMAC score of treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05, P<0.01), and FIM score in treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion] Auricular acupuncture combined with convalescence has good effect on patients with TKA.
