摘    要:目的]建立痤疮凝胶中黄芩苷、蒙花苷含量测定方法。方法]采用Acquity BEH C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%甲酸(20∶80)为流动相,流速0.3 m L/min,检测波长320 nm,柱温35℃。结果]黄芩苷和蒙花苷分别在3.767~75.34μg和0.840 96~33.638 4μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.04%和97.42%(n=6);RSD分别为1.97%和1.81%。结论]该方法简便、准确、重现性良好,为痤疮凝胶的质量控制提供了理论依据。
