12种中药的水及乙醇提取液对酪氨酸酶抑制作用的比较

目的]比较12种常用美白中药70%乙醇提液与水提液对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制能力。方法]利用受试物抑制蘑菇酪氨酸酶催化底物(L-多巴)发生反应从而减少黑色素生成的原理,以维生素C作标准对照,用分光光度计测定反应液在475 nm的吸光度,通过吸光度比较各受试物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制能力。结果]12种中药均对无细胞系蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性有不同程度的抑制作用,其中甘草等5种中药的70%乙醇提物对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用强于其水提物的抑制作用;桑叶等7种中药的水提物对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用强于其醇提物的抑制作用。结论]通过对比常用美白中药的醇、水提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用,筛选天然物作为纯天然美白化妆品原料,拥有广阔的发展前景。

Comparison of inhibitory effect of alcohol and water extracts in twelve kinds of Chinese herbal medicine on tyrosinase

Objective] To compare the inhibitory activity on tyrosinase in vitro between 70% alcohol and water extracts of twelve kinds of Chinese herbal medicine.Methods] Using the reaction of the test compounds in inhibiting tyrosinase and its catalytic substrate(L-Dopa) and so reducing melanin and taking vitamin C as a standard control the absorbed density of the reaction solutions at 475 nm were mea-sured.The inhibitory effect of each test substance on tyrosinase activity was determined through comparison of the absorbed density.Results] All the twelve kinds of traditional Chinese medicines in vitro showed different inhibitory effect on tyrosinase,among them,the 70% alcohol extract of Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort,Rhizoma Alismatis,Rhizoma Atractylodis had better inhibitory effect on tyrosinase than the water extracted one.However,the water extract of these Chinese herbs,including Folium Mori Macrocepha-lae,Potia Alba,Flos Carthami,Radix Ampelopsis,Bombyx Batryticatus,Rheum and Radix AngelicaeSinensis had more inhibitory effect on tyrosinase than their alcohol extract.Conclusion] Some Chinese herbs,having using value for make-up and skin-whitening was screened out.
