米索前列醇固态分散体的制备及其稳定性研究

摘    要:采用溶剂法制备了米索前列醇-PVP-EC固态分散体,经差示扫描量热法,扫描电子显微镜技术,红外光谱分析及稳定性实验表明:米索前列醇固态分散体的化学稳定性较原料药本身有显著提高,选用不同溶剂,米索前列醇与PVP的不同比例及不同分子量的PVP制备固态分散体对米索前列醇的化学稳定性无影响,经加速实验表明本品有较好的抗湿作用,溶解度实验表明本品的溶解度较原料有显著提高。

Abstract:The misoprostol-PVP-EC solid dispersions were prepared by a solvent method.The chemical stability and water solubility of misoprostol-PVP-EC solid dispersions were studied.It was found that misoprostol in its PVP and C dispersions was chemically stable to heat and humidity and its water solubility was improved.The mechanism enhancing misoprostol stability and solubility was discussed using DSC,SEM and IR.
