| 摘 要： | 采用溶剂法制备了米索前列醇－ＰＶＰ－ＥＣ固态分散体，经差示扫描量热法，扫描电子显微镜技术，红外光谱分析及稳定性实验表明：米索前列醇固态分散体的化学稳定性较原料药本身有显著提高，选用不同溶剂，米索前列醇与ＰＶＰ的不同比例及不同分子量的ＰＶＰ制备固态分散体对米索前列醇的化学稳定性无影响，经加速实验表明本品有较好的抗湿作用，溶解度实验表明本品的溶解度较原料有显著提高。

| Abstract: | The misoprostol-PVP-EC solid dispersions were prepared by a solvent method.The chemical stability and water solubility of misoprostol-PVP-EC solid dispersions were studied.It was found that misoprostol in its PVP and C dispersions was chemically stable to heat and humidity and its water solubility was improved.The mechanism enhancing misoprostol stability and solubility was discussed using DSC,SEM and IR. |
