灯盏花素前体纳米脂质体的质量评价

摘    要:目的:研究灯盏花素前体纳米脂质体的性质,建立其质量评价方法.方法:考察了该脂质体的形态、粒径分布、多分散系数、Zeta电位、含量、pH值、包封率、稳定常数Ke、沉降稳定性、血管刺激性及溶血毒性.结果:灯盏花素纳米脂质体的平均粒径为20.2 nm,多分散系数为0.552,Zeta电位为-74.5 mV,包封率均大于70%,稳定性较好,可安全用于静脉给药.结论:上述方法适用于灯盏花素前体纳米脂质体的质量评价,可有效地反映该脂质体的性质.

Abstract:AIM:To study various properties of pre-nanoliposomes and to establish quality evaluation methods. METHOD:The form of the nanoliposome was observed with transmission electron microgram and the particles size,polydispersity,Zeta potential,entrapment efficiency,stability,blood vessel stimulating test and haemolyticus of the nanoliposome were evaluated . RESULT:The mean particle size of the nanoliposomes was 20.2 nm with polydispersity of 0.552. The Zeta potential was-74.5 mV. The entrapment efficiency was more than 70%.The liposomes prepared were stable and safe. CONCLUSION:The above-mentioned methods were suitable for the quality evaluation of breviscapine pre-nanoliposmes,and they can effectively express their properties.
