牵引型食管憩室诊治体会

目的探讨牵引型食管憩室的手术与非手术治疗的原则，从而提高对该病手术指征的掌握。方法对70例患者手术与非手术治疗进行了回顾，分析与总结。结果70例中8例施行了外科手术治疗，术后恢复顺利，62例进行了非手术治疗，经7～14天严格治疗后，经随访，症状明显好转，不易再患。结论牵引型憩室，大多数不需外科手术治疗，仅有少数病者由于并发穿孔或确诊有癌变或不能控制的大出血时应及时采取外科手术治疗，临床医师应严格地掌握手术指征，避免不必要的手术创伤。

The experience of the treatment of tractional esophagus diverticulum

Objective To discuss the therapeutical principle with operation and non-operation of the tractional esophagus diverticulum, so as to master the indication of operation for this disease. Methods To review and summarize 70 cases that were cured by operation or non-operation. Results 8 cases were cured by surgical operation and recovered well. 62 cases were cured by non-operation and the symptom looked up obviously after 7 or 14 days . It was difficult to suffer from this disease again. Conclusions Most of the tractional esophagus diverticulum didn't need surgical operation,except a few of them shoud be operated in time that came forth fenestration or diagnosed canceration or couldn't control hematorrhea. The clinician should master the operation indication strictly to avoid the unnecessary operation wound.
