医院工作场所暴力对护士心理状态及生存质量的影响

目的探讨医院内暴力行为对护士的心理和生存质量的影响。方法选取300名护理人员为研究对象,调查分析医院内暴力事件的发生率及护理人员SCL-90、WHOQOL-100评分的结果。结果 300名护士中在工作场所遭受过暴力的比例高达66.89%,且遭受暴力事件的护士在SCL-90及WHOQOL-100评分方面均差于未受到暴力事件的护士(P<0.05)。结论护理人员院内暴力事件的发生率较高,且暴力事件对其心理状态及生存质量均造成明显不良影响,应给予重视。

Influence of violence in the hospital workplace on the psychological status and life quality of nursing staff

Objective To investigate the influence of violence in the hospital workplace on the psychological status and life quality of nursing Staff. Methods Three hundred nursing staff were selected as the research objects. The incidence of violence and the SCL-90 and WHOQOL-100 scores were investigated and analyzed. Results 66.89% of the 300 nurses were found to suffer violence. The SCL-90 score and WHOQOL-100 score of the nurses who suffered violence were significantly worse than those who did not (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of nurses suffering violence in hospital workplace is high, and the violence showed significant influence on the psychological status and life quality of the nursing staff, which should be paid attention to.
