脂肪肝与体重指数相关性分析

目的 了解脂肪肝与体重指数之间相关性.方法 依据脂肪肝的超声诊断标准,对健康体检中被诊断为脂肪肝者与其体重指数(BMI)关系进行分析.结果 在1801例体检者中,脂肪肝检出率12.04%,其中超重者(24＞BMI＜28)检出率24.9%;肥胖者(BMI＞28)检出率42.3%,脂肪肝检出率随着体重指数增加而增高.经统计学分析有非常显著意义.结论 控制体重指数是防止脂肪肝重要措施.

Correlation Betneen Fatty liver and Body Mass Index

Objective To invastigate the correlation between fatty liver and body mass index (BMI). Methods To make analyses on the examination of fatty liver and BMI According to the standard of diagnoses for BMI. Results Among the 1801 subjects, the detectable rate was 12.04% in fatty liver, In the cases with BMI (BMI>24<28), the detectable rate was 24.9%, The ctetectable rate was 42.3% infatty liver (BMI>28), The more BMI increases, the higher is the detectable rate. There is a high linear correlation between the detectable rate and BMI. Condusions It is great importance of the body weight control that the fatty live can be prevented.
