| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨中西医综合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。②方法 回顾分析2001年10月～2003年2月我院急救医学中心收治重症急性胰腺炎30例病人的临床资料。③结果 30例重症急性胰腺炎病人中Ⅰ级18例，Ⅱ级12例，全部行非手术治疗，26例痊愈，1例中途放弃，3例死亡。④结论 在西医治疗的基础上，结合中医中药综合治疗重症急性胰腺炎效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese traditional medicine plus western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was made for 30 patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated at our department from October, 2001 to February, 2003. Results All the patients were treated non-surgically, in which, 26 of them were cured, one gave up and 3 died. Conclusion The treatment outcome is dramatic by combination use of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for severe acute pancreatitis. |
