| 摘 要： | ①目的 观察捏脊疗法对儿童脾气虚证的治疗效果。②方法 将 60例脾气虚证病儿随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,每组 30例 ,分别给予捏脊疗法与四君子汤治疗 ,观察疗效与脾虚积分的改变 ,同期采用对溴苯胺法测定尿D 木糖排泄率。③结果 捏脊疗法能显著改善病儿的脾虚症状 ,临床治疗的总有效率为 86 .7% ,病儿尿D 木糖排泄率明显增加 (t=7.80 0 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,其疗效与四君子汤相似。④结论 捏脊疗法是治疗儿童脾气虚证的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective\ To evaluate the effects of chiropractic therapy for spleen energy deficiency syndrome in children. Methods\ 60 cases with the syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases being in each group.One group received chiropractic therapy, the other, Si Junzi Tang (a decoction of traditional Chinese medicine) was given.Investigation was made for therapeutic effects and changes of spleen energy deficiency integral. D xylose excretion rate in urine was detected.\ Results\ Chiropractic therapy obviously improved clinical manifestations of children with the syndrome. The total effective rate was 86.7%. D xylose excretion rate increased( t=7.800, P <0.01). Its therapeutic effects were the same as Si Junzi Tang.\ Conclusion\ Chiropractic is an effective therapy for children with spleen energy deficiency syndrome. |
