| 摘 要： | 脾系主要包括脾及与其直接相关联的脏腑、官窍、经络等。通过收集大量脾系临床病案，在参考中医古籍及专家意见的基础上，根据脾系统的生理功能和病理特点，系统地阐述、规范了脾系病位、病性特征症, 总结了临床上常见脾系基础证与复合证，为脾系疾病证的诊断提供参考。

| Abstract: | The spleen system mainly includes the spleen and its associated fu organs,orifices as well as meridians and collaterals.Through collecting clinical cases of the spleen system and according to the physiological function and pathological characteristics of the spleen system,the authors referred to the ancient Chinese medical classics and experts'opinions,systematically elaborated the location,nature and symptoms of the disease,and summarized the common basic and compound patterns of the spleen system in clinical practice,thus providing references for the diagnosis of the disease and syndrome of the spleen system. |
