| 摘 要： | 对补肾活血中药治疗血栓前状态复发性流产进行了概述，分别从调节激素水平、改善子宫内膜容受性、改善胎盘微循环、调节免疫及炎症因子水平四个方面探讨了补肾活血中药治疗血栓前状态复发性流产的作用机制，为补肾活血中药治疗复发性流产的研究进一步提供依据。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the treatment of recurrent miscarriage in the state before thrombus with Chinese medicine for kidney tonifying and blood circulation.Respectively from regulating hormone level， to improve the receptivity of endometrium， improve the microcirculation， regulating immune and inflammatory factors level four aspects discusses the kidney invigorate the circulation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of thrombosis before state， the mechanism of action of recurrent miscarriage.This study provides a further basis for the treatment of recurrent miscarriage by Chinese herbal medicine. |
