低分子肝素与普通肝素在血液透析中的对比研究

为探讨低分子肝素（ｃｌｅｘａｎｅ）在血液透析中的疗效及安全性，将２０例血液透析患者分成两组，一组透析中使用ｃｌｅｘａｎｅ抗凝，另一组使用普通肝素抗凝。分别观察用药前后血小板、血脂、出凝血时间及肝、肾功能等血液指标变化和透析器容积下降率，透析器及管路凝血情况。结果表明ｃｌｅｘａｎｅ既能有效抗凝，又能降低血脂，升高血小板。提示ｃｌｅｘａｎｅ使用安全、方便、特别适用于有出血倾向、高脂血症患者，可代替普通肝素长期应用。

Comparison of effect between low molecular weight heparin and standard heparin during hemodialysis

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of low molecular weight heparin (Clexane) for hemodialysis patients Methods: Twenty patients were arranged into two groups, Clexane were used for patiends in Group I and standard heparin in Group Peripheral blood platelet count, blood lipids, liver and renal function, bleeding and clotting time of the patients, the dialyser volume, extracorporeal blood conduit were observed before and after dialysis Results: The anticoagulant effects of clexane is very well Patients treated with clexane had decreased blood lipids and increased platelets counts We concluded that clexane is safe, convenient and particularly advisable for uremia patients with bleeding tendency or hyperlipoidemia Clexane could be used to replace standard heparin for those patients on long-term hemodialysis\=\ \
