不同分期甲状腺相关眼病患者泪液细胞因子水平的比较

目的 比较不同分期甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)患者泪液细胞因子水平.方法 选择TAO患者80例(TAO组),根据临床活动性评分(CAS)分为稳定期(CAS<3分)46例、活动期(CAS>3分)44例,选择健康者82例为对照组,采集全部研究对象的非刺激性泪液,检测泪液中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-8、IL-17、IL-10、IL-6等细胞因子水平.结果 TAO组泪液中IL-8、IL-17、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-10、IL-6水平高于对照组(P<0.05);TAO活动期患者泪液中IL-8、IL-17、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-10、IL-6水平高于稳定期患者(P<0.05).结论 TAO患者泪液细胞因子浓度显著上升,且活动期细胞因子水平显著高于稳定期,泪液细胞因子水平可作为评估甲状腺眼病活动分期的指标.

Comparison of tear cytokines levels between patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy in different stages

Objective To compare the tear cytokines levels between the patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO) in different stages.Methods Eighty patients with TAO(TAO group) were divided into 46 cases in stable stage(clinical activity scoreCAS]<3) and 44 cases in active stage(CAS>3) according to CAS standard.Eighty-two healthy persons were selected as control group.Unstimulated tears were collected from all the subjects.Then the levels of cytokines including interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-8,IL-17,IL-10 and IL-6 in the tears were detected.Results The levels of IL-8,IL-17,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-10 and IL-6 in the tears in the TAO group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).For the patients with TAO,the levels of tear IL-8,IL-17,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-10 and IL-6 in active stage were significantly higher than those in stable stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The tear cytokines levels increase significantly in the patients with TAO,and the cytokines levels in active stage are significantly higher than those in stable stage.The levels of tear cytokines can act as the indicators for evaluating the staging of TAO.
