伽玛刀治疗脑胶质瘤139例的临床观察

目的：研究伽玛刀治疗脑胶质细胞瘤的临床疗效。方法：自1997年5月至2000年10月，对139例胶质瘤患进行伽玛刀治疗，男性85例，女性54例，年龄5－77岁，平均50岁。周边剂量12－22Gy，平均剂量16．5Gy，结果：治疗后随访个6－31个月，30例影像学复查结果显示：显效7例（23．3％），有效13例（43．3％），无变化6例（20．0％），恶化4例（13．3％），有效率为66．6％。6、12、24、31个月存活率分别为95％、81％、47％、33％。结论：伽玛刀治疗脑胶质瘤疗效明确。可提高患生存质量。延长生命，然而对恶性程度高的脑质瘤虽可控制肿瘤生长，但易复发，分次治疗可提高疗效。

The clinical observation of 139 cases of glioma treated with rotating gamma knif

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the rotating gamma knife for glioma Method:From May,1997 to Oct,2000,139 cases of glioma were treated with gamma knife,there were 85 males and 54 females Their age ranged from 5 to 77 years,the central dose to the target were 12~22Gy (average dose 16 5Gy) Results:After treatment,30 cases were followed up for 6 months~31 months The imaging results showed that the obvious effective rate was 23 3%(7/30),the effective rate was 43 3%(13/30),6 cases (20 0%) was unchanged,the 4 cases (13 3%) became worse The total effective rate was 66 6% The survival was 95%,81%,47%,33%,respectively,in 6 months,12 months,24 months,31 months Conclusion:The effectiveness of glioma treated by gamma knife is definite,the survival quality of patients was improved and their life is prolonged However,though the growth of glioma which is more malignant could been controlled,it easily relapse,treatment on many occasions is needed for raising effect
