甘氨酸钙的生物利用度评价

摘    要:目的:以大鼠为模型,评价甘氨酸钙生物利用度。方法:选择4周龄的雄性Wistar大鼠24只,按体重随机分成3组:Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组为乳酸钙对照组,Ⅲ组为甘氨酸钙组。结果:4周的生物利用度实验及3d的代谢实验显示,与对照组比较实验组血钙、血磷及骨钙水平均有不同程度增加;与乳酸钙组比较,甘氨酸钙的存留率稍高,骨钙增加显著。结论:甘氨酸钙的生物利用度接近或在某些方面略优于一般认为钙生物利用较好的乳酸钙。因此,甘氨酸钙是一种较好的钙强化剂

Abstract:Objective: Wistar rat was used as animal model for evaluating the bioavailability of glycine calcium Methods: 24 four weeks weaning male Wistar ratswere divided randomly into three groups ,which were control ,calcium lactate control and glycine calcium Results: After four weeks supplementing two different salt of calcium ,the levels of serum Ca P and Bone Ca were higher in different degree than those of the control group The three days Ca balance test showed that the Ca apparent retention of glycine calcium group was somewhat higher than that of calcium lactate control one Conclusion: The bioavailability of glycine calcium is close to or exceeds calcium lactate in some aspects So glycine calcium is a better Ca fortified agent
