血管生长抑素和血管内皮生长因子与子痫前期发病的关系

目的:检测外周血中血管生长抑素(AS)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,探讨与子痫前期发病的关系。方法:取58例孕妇外周血,其中正常妊娠组20例;轻度子痫前期组17例;重度子痫前期组21例。ELISA方法检测血清AS、VEGF的浓度。结果:①子痫前期组AS水平显著高于对照组,差别有显著性(P<0.05)。②子痫前期组VEGF平均水平显著低于对照组,差别具有显著性(P<0.05)。③轻度子痫前期组和重度子痫前期组之间AS、VEGF水平差别均没有显著性(P>0.05)。④在子痫前期患者中AS与VEGF之间存在关联关系,呈显著负相关(r=-0.560,P<0.05;r=-0.572,P<0.05)。结论:AS和VEGF在子痫前期患者外周血中有显著变化,两者之间呈显著负相关,可能是子痫前期发病的重要因素之一。

Relationship of angiostation and VEGF and preeclampsia

Objective: To study the relation between the concentration of angiostatin(AS), vascular endotrelial growtr factor(VEGF) in blood and preeclampsia. Methods: (1) A total of 58 samples were used in this study, including 20 cases of healthy pregnant women and 17 cases of mild preeclampsia and 21 cases of severe preeclampsia. (2)The blood from the ulnar vein of forearm were collected just before childbirth. The ELISA method was used to measure serum concentration of AS and VEGF. Results:(1) The mean concentration of serum AS in preeclampsia group was obviously higher than that in the normal group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). (2)The average serum level of VEGF was lower in preeclampsia group than that in normal group, and the results had significant difference(P<0.05). (3) But there was no significant difference in the mean concentration of AS and VEGF between the mild and servere preeclampsia group(P>0.05). (4) The negative correlation was found between AS and VEGF(r=-0.560 P<0.05;r=-0.572 P<0.05). Conclusion: The concentrations of AS and VEGF of circulation serum in preeclampsia is obviously change than the normal group. Abnormal concentration of serum AS and VEGF may contribute to decreasing the injury of endothelial cell in preeclampsia.
