深静脉血栓形成患者急性期和恢复期纤溶功能的变化

目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成患者急性期和恢复期纤溶功能的变化。方法选择急性期DVT患者38例,恢复期患者63列,对照组45例,实验室中分别测定纤溶酶原(Plg)、组织纤溶酶原激活物活性(t-PA:A)、组织纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)、组织纤溶酶原激活物含量(t-PA:Ag)水平。结果急性期t-PA:A和恢复期的Plg、t-PA:A、t-PA:Ag、PAI-1均比正常降低(P<0.05,P<0.01):而恢复期Plg、t-PA:A和PAI-1比急性期降低更明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论无论急性期还是恢复期,DVT患者纤溶功能均较正常减弱。

Variation of Fibrinolysis in Patients with Deep Vein Thrombosis During Acute State and Recovery State

Objective To investigate the variation of fibrinolysis in patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) during the acute and the recovery. Methods The study population included 38 patients with acute DVT and 63 patients with DVT in recovery, and 45 controls selected from people who attended a routine health check. Serum levels of Pig, t-PA: A, PAI-1, t-PA; Ag were measured in laboratory. Results The serum levels of t-PA:A in the acute group and Pig, t-PA:A, t-PA:Ag, PAI-1 in the recovery group are lower than those of the controls (P <0. 05 ,P <0. 01) ;and serum levels of Pig, t-PA : A, PAI-1 in the recovery group are significantly lower than those of the acute group(P <0. 05 ,P <0. 01). Conclusion The function of fibrinolysis in patients with DVT during the acute and the recovery is less than that of the usual.
