下肢深静脉血栓形成的危险因素及多普勒超声诊断价值分析

目的研究下肢深静脉血栓形成的危险因素及多普勒超声诊断(DUS)应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2012年3月至2016月3月110例下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)患者临床病历资料,选择同一时期我院非DVT患者120例作为对照组,采用病例对照研究的方法分析DVT形成的危险因素,探讨DUS在早期DVT诊断中的应用价值。结果经单因素和Logistic多因素回归分析,DVT与患者年龄、肥胖、手术外伤史及红细胞计数(RBC)水平具有显著相关性,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。DUS检查DVT敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为93.64%、87.5%及90.43%,其中特异性和准确性显著高于D二聚体(D-D)(P0.05)。结论患者高龄、肥胖、手术外伤史及RBC增高是DVT独立危险因素,DUS声检查对早期诊断DVT具有较高应用价值。

Analysis of Risk Factors for the Formation of Deep Venous Thrombosis and Diagnostic Value of Doppler Ultrasound

Objective To study risk factors for the formation of deep venous thrombosis and diagnostic value of Doppler ultrasound.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was carried out in 110 patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT) in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2016,120 non-DVT patients of our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group,risk factors for the formation of DVT were analyzed via case-control study,application value of color Doppler ultrasound in early diagnosis of DVT were discussed.Results Single factor and Logistic multi factor regression analysis showed that DVT was significantly correlated with age,obesity,history of surgical trauma and red-cell count (RBC) levels (P ＜ 0.05).Color Doppler ultrasound DVT sensibility,specificity and accuracy were 93.64％,87.5％ and 90.43 ％ respectively,specificity and accuracy were significantly higher than D-dimer(D-D) inspection method (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Patients' old age,obesity,history of surgical trauma and RBCincrease are independent risk factors of DVT,Doppler ultrasound examination has higher application value in early diagnosis of DVT..
