摘    要:探讨Fas/FasL途径介导的肝细胞凋亡在丁型肝炎重化机制中的作用。方法:采用兔疫组化双重染色和连续切征技术,检测48例丁型肝炎病人肝组织丁型肝炎病毒抗原HDAg、Fas/FasL表达,以54例乙型肝炎作疾病对照,结果:Fas以肝细胞浆表达与为主,HDAg以核浆型表达为主,两抗原表达及分布有相关性,FasL主要表达在浸润淋巴细胞浆,肝细胞核,与HDAg表达及分布不全一致,丁型肝炎Fas、FasL检

Abstract:Objective: To study the pathogenetic role and expression of Fas antigen (Fas) and Fas ligand (FasL) in severe cases of hepatitis D. Methods: Immunohistochemistry, double staining and serial section techniques were employed to study the expression of Fas, FasL and hepatitis D virus antigen (HDAg) in liver biopsy specirnens of 48 cases of hepatitis D. Results: Fas was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes, HDAg in the nucleus of hepatocytes and FasL in the cytoplasm of infi1trating lymphocytes and the nucleus of hepatocytes. Most of the positive hepatocytes were distributed in the spaces between infiltrating lymphocytes especially along the advancing edge of "piecerneal necrosis". The distribution and expression of Fas and HDAg were quite closely correlated in hepatitis D. The expression intensity of Fas, FasL and HDAg in hepatocytes was (luite different in various types of hepatitis (P<0.01). The detection rate and Kiyoshi's score of Fas and FasL were higher in HDV infection than in HBV infection. Concfusion: In HDV infection,the distribution and expression of Fas, FasL and HDAg are significantly correlated to the inflammation intensity and the severity of liver damage. HDV infection induces the expression of Fas in the hepatocytes and apoptosis caused by cytotoxic T cells through Fas-FasI, interaction may play an important role in hepatocyte damage in HDV infection.
