| 摘 要： | 目的 分析我院 2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 7月期间 12 9例小于 1岁的婴儿先天性心脏病的外科治疗的体会。方法 心脏停跳心内直视手术 2 6例 ( 2 0 2 % ) ,心脏不停跳心内直视手术 97例 ( 75 2 % ) ,6例简单动脉导管未闭在非体外循环下进行。结果 全组死亡 11例 ,死亡率 8 5 % ,其中复杂畸形 7例。小于 6月患儿 4例 ,死亡率 12 5 % ( 4 3 2 ) ,大于 6月患儿 7例 ,死亡率 7 2 % ( 10 97) ,相差显著 (P <0 0 5 )。不停跳心内直视手术死亡率为 3 1% ( 3 97)。结论 低月龄和畸形复杂是婴儿先天性心脏病手术治疗风险增加的重要因素。心脏不停跳心内直视手术可作为安全可靠的方法之一应用于简单婴儿先天性心脏病的外科治疗中。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the data of surgery in 129 consecutive infants younger than 1 year old with congenital heart diseases (CHD) from January 2000 to July 2002 Methods CPB with arrested heart and CPB with beating heart were performed on 26 (20 2%) and 97(75 2%) cases, respectively The other 6 infants underwent simple patent ductus arteriosus operated off pump Results Of 11 (8 5%) deaths, 7 infants suffered from complicated CHD The mortality rates of infants younger than 6 months and those older than 6 months were 12 5% (4/32) and 7 2% (7/97) ( P <0 05), respectively, but that of infants operated on pump with beating heart was 3 1%(3/97) Conclusion Complex anomalies and younger age are the risk factors for surgery in infants with CHD On pump surgery with beating heart can be performed safely and reliably on infants with simple CHD |
