| 摘 要： | 本文用Giemsa 显带技术研究了苦参的C—带带型。结果表明:多数染色体都显清楚的末端带,着丝点带。少数显中间带。某些带纹具杂合性。三对SAT染色体,整个随体被浓染。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the C-banding pattern of Sophora flavescens Ait was studied by using the Giemsa C-banding technique. The results showed that most of the chromosomes had telomere bands, centromeric bands and a few had intercalary bands. Heterozygosity was observed in some bands and three pairs SAT-chromosomes were dyed with satellites of dark banding. |
