摘    要:在针灸技能实训教学中设计运用"加强师资培训,规范操作方法"、"做好课前准备,提高教学效果"、"强化实践教学,提高动手能力"、"改革考试方法,增加技能考核"四步教学法。通过心理问卷调查、实训报告书写、理论知识考试、操作能力考核进行综合评定,结果表明,四步教学法可以提高学生的学习成绩。

Some preliminary thoughts on application of "four steps pedagogy" in acupuncture skills training teaching

Abstract:This paper deals with the design appliance for four steps pedagogy of "strengthening the training of teachers,standardizing operation method","preparing before class,improving the effect of teaching","strengthening the practice teaching,improving the ability","reforming the examination methods,increasing the skills assessment" in acupuncture skills training teaching.Through assessment of the psychological questionnaire survey,practice of report writing,the theoretical knowledge examination,operation ability assessment,the results show that the four steps pedagogy has the positive influence on students’ achievements.
