| 摘 要： | 在细胞生物学课程“分子与细胞”模块中蛋白质的空间结构既是教学重点，也是教学难点，学生常常无法准确理解蛋白质从低级到高级结构的空间排列组合。将实验性的蛋白质折叠电子游戏Foldit运用于教学活动中，大大激发学生的学习兴趣，同时培养了学生空间想像能力、模型构建能力，使教学难点得以成功地化解，取得了较好的教学效果。
