PBL联合模拟急诊教学在临床见习中的应用

摘    要:以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)是基于临床实际问题、以学生为中心的教学方式。模拟急诊教学是指在教师的指导下,以学生为主体,运用所学知识,借助一定设备,模仿急诊急救的一种实践性医学教学活动。在急诊医学临床见习教学实践中,采用PBL联合模拟急诊教学法更有助于提高学生的学习积极性、培养学生实践能力及知识应用能力、建立急诊临床思维方法,因而提高学习效果。

Abstract:PBL is a method in which learners are given more responsibility for their own education based on actual clinical problems. Simulating-emergency teaching is a method proposed recently, under teachers, direction, with the help of simulator, which, uses emulation and imitation technique to provide a good learning environment. In clinical practice teaching of emergency medicine, it has been confirmed that PBL combining with simulating-emergency teaching can improve the students' learning enthusiasm and the study effect, and train their clinical thinking, and it can also improve their general ability. It is practicable and effective.
