骨科专业医工结合领域PBL教学法的应用初探

骨科专业医工结合领域是21世纪最为活跃、也是成果迭出的前沿交叉学科领域,极大地促进了骨科临床医学的发展。该结合领域作为医工结合的一个重要边缘学科,在其内容及未来发展等方面均具有很强的专业及交叉学科的特殊性。文章从骨科专业医工结合领域的特点出发,首次就PBL（Problem-Based Learning）教学法在该交叉学科领域教学实践中的意义及其作用进行了较深入探讨;并在教学实践基础上摸索以及具体提出了在教学活动中开展有学生主动参与的＂主体定位＂、＂知识储备＂、＂问题引擎＂及＂兴趣发展＂的四步特色教学模式（即简称＂4P＂教学法）,收到好的效果。进而为PBL教学法在医工结合领域的精品教学以及人才培养等方面的具体运用进行了有益探索。

Application of problem-based learning (PBL) in orthopaedic biomedical education

Biomedical technology has made great contributions to the development of orthopaedics and other clinical medical sciences in this century.Besides,it has been strongly suggested that optimal educations play important roles.In order to improve orthopaedic biomedical education outcome,the authors have created students positively involved ＂roles of protagonist,intelligence preservation, problem engine and interests-based progression＂ education strategy（i.e.＂4P＂ teaching method） on basis of PBL pedagogy.The necessity and usage of ＂4P＂ teaching method in orthopaedic biomedical education are discussed in this paper.
