Discussion on reform of college system of higher schools

In resent years,college system has been the first choice of higher schools＇ inner management system reform.The ultimate purpose is to enforce the function mechanism of higher schools,to promote the discipline development,and to improve management efficiency and school running benefit through the reestablishment,adjustment,and improvement of higher schools＇ inner organization structure form.This paper analyzes the necessity and importance of college system reform and discusses the reform of college system from several aspects,such as its direction and content.
