妊娠高血压综合征患者血胰淀素的变化

目的观察妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者血胰淀素的变化,探讨胰淀素与PIH发病的关系。方法92例PIH患者及30例正常孕妇均行75g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),观察其血胰淀素、胰岛素(INS)、血糖(BS)的变化,并分析胰淀素与血管内皮细胞损伤的关系;采用ELISA法检测胰淀素。结果轻、中度PIH患者血胰淀素含量与正常孕妇差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),重度PIH患者血胰淀素显著高于正常孕妇(P<0.05),胰淀素的含量与血循环内皮细胞(CEC)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管性假血友病因子(vWF)无相关性(P>0.05)。结论重度PIH患者血胰淀素水平增高,胰淀素与PIH发病无明显的相关性。

THE RELATION OF AMYLIN AND PREGNANCY-INDUCED HYPERTENSION

Objective To observe the changes of blood amylin level in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH),and to analyse the relation of amylin and PIH.Methods 92 cases of PIH and 30 normal pregnant women were given 75g oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).The levels of blood amylin,insulin(INS) and blood sugar(BS) were measured.Amylin was measured by ELISA.The relation of amylin and the damage of vascular endothelial cells was analysed.Results Blood amylin level in severe PIH group was significantly higher than that in normal pregnant group(P<0.05),which showed no remarkable difference in mild and moderate PIH groups compared with normal pregnant group.There was no correlation between amylin and circulating endothelial cells(CEC),or between endothelin-1(ET-1) and vascular von willebrand factor(vWF).Conclusion Amylin level of severe PIH patients increases.There was no correlation between amylin and PIH.
