复方可吸收性明胶海绵填塞颌骨囊肿术后骨腔34例临床研究

目的探讨复方可吸收性明胶海绵填塞颌骨囊肿术后骨腔的临床疗效。方法对34例颌骨囊肿患者彻底刮除囊肿后,填塞入适量复方可吸收性明胶海绵,术后进行临床和X线观察。结果患者术后创口渗血减少,疼痛轻微、肿胀减轻,感染率降低,Ⅰ期愈合32例,愈合率91.18%;术后感染2例,经换药后创口愈合。术后经3、6和12个月X线检查显示囊肿骨缺损区修复良好,总有效率100%。结论利用复方可吸收性明胶海绵填塞颌骨囊肿术后骨腔能够减轻术后反应,促进骨腔愈合。

USING COMPOUND ABSORBABLE GELFOAM TO FILL JAW CAVITY AFTER OPERATION ON 34 CASES OF CYST OF JAW

Objective To explore the curative effects of filling jaw cavity with compound absorbable gelform after operation on patients with cyst of jaw.Methods After curettage of the cyst in 34 cases,compound absorbable gelfoam were used to fill the jaw cavity.X-ray observations were made postoperatively.Results Oozing of blood at the opening of wound decreased,swelling was relieved with slight pain,and the infection rate was reduced.32 cases recovered at stage I.The healing rate was 91.18%.2cases suffered from postoperative infection and recovered after treatment.X-ray examinations showed the defect area of cyst recovered well 3,6 and 12 months later.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Compound absorbable gellform can be used to effectively reduce postoperative responses and to promote the recovery of the defect area.
