| 摘 要： | 目的：观察ＰＣＲ与ＥＬＩＳＡ法在检测乙肝病毒标志物中的差异。方法：用ＰＣＲ和ＥＬＩＳＡ法对８０３例疑似乙肝者做了ＨＢＶＤＮＡ和乙肝五项指标检查，并进行比较。结果：在ＨＢｓＡｇ（＋）的７３６例中ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阳性率５８．７７％。ＨＢｅＡｇ（＋）的３５３例中ＨＢＤＮＡ阳性率为９６．３％。ＨＢｅＡｇ（－）的４０８例中ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阳性率为２３．０％。ＨＢｓＡｇ和ＨＢｅＡｇ均（－）的２５例中ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阳性率

| Abstract: | Objective To obsevve the mathod of PCR and ELISA in detecting the differentes of the markers of the HBV(hepatitis B virus). Methods 803 cases of suspected HBV carriers were examined in their HBVDNA and 5 indexes of HBV by means of PCR and ELISA and the comparision was made. Results in 796 cases of HBsAg(+),the positive rate of HBVDNA was 58. 7%, in 353 cases of HBeAg(+),the positive rate was 96. 3%,in 408 cases HBeAg(-), the positive rate was 8.0%. Conclusions Only by depending on the positive rate of HBeAg can the replication of HBV not be determined and it is necessary that the carriers of HBeAg be determined again in their HBVDNA by means of PCR. |
