MRI对膝关节半月板撕裂类型的诊断价值分析

目的 探讨MRI对于膝关节半月板撕裂类型的诊断价值及其对临床治疗的指导意义。方法 回顾性分析63个膝关节半月板撕裂的MRI表现,并与关节镜结果 进行对比分析。结果 以关节镜下表现为标准,MRI对于纵向撕裂、斜行撕裂、水平撕裂、放射状撕裂、复杂型撕裂及桶柄状撕裂的准确率分别为87.30%,90.48%,80.95%,96.83%,88.89%,98.41%。结论 MRI对于半月板撕裂类型诊断的准确率较高,有较高的诊断价值,对最终治疗方法 的选定有重要的指导意义。

The value of diagnosis in categorization of meniscal tear with MRI

Objective To explore the accuracy in the diagnosis of meniscal tear categorization with MRI and its instructional value for clinical management. Methods MRI and arthroscopic imaging of 63 meniscus were retrospectively analyzed, and the MRI features were compared with arthroscopic imaging respectivey. Results Depending on the exploration inarthroscopy,meniscal tears were categorized as longitudinal, oblique,horizontal,radial,complex,and Bucket-Handle tears.Sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy for themwere. Conclusion The categorization with MRI of meniscal tear are very useful for the clinical diagnosis and management.
