应用学生标准化病人培养医学生医患沟通技能的研究

为了探讨标准化病人（Standardized patient,SP）在医学生医患沟通技能培训中的教学效果,选择2006级临床医学本科生80名,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别应用学生SP和真正患者进行沟通技能训练。结果显示实验组学生人际沟通技能考核成绩显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且该组学生的人文素质也得到很大提高,应用SP进行医患沟通技能培训能有效提高教学质量,值得进一步推广。

The study on the application of student as standardized patient in developing communication skills of medical students

To investigate teaching effect of standardized patient（SP） in training of doctor-patient communication skills of mecical students,80 students were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group（40） and the control group（40）,in which 10 senior medical students played the role of SP and the real patients were respectively used for communication skills training.The results showed that the score of communication skills test were significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）and that humanism quality of the students in the experimental group was greatly improved.The results suggested that applying SP in the training of communication skills could effectively improve the teaching quality and this method was worthy of being further promoted.
