1989～2006年我国HIFU文献的定量分析

目的：依据文献计量学原理，探讨我国2006年前HIFU研究领域的文献，从文献量、作者、机构地区分布及文献的期刊分布情况，了解HIFU科研跨学科和地区情况、作者合作类型及特点，确定核心作者、核心机构和核心地区，表现HIFU研究发展的态势。方法：对维普资讯有限公司数据库中收录的2007年前有关超声聚焦文献的全部数据进行文献计量学分析。结果：2007年前共刊出HIFU论文833篇，合作论文686篇，合作率72．87％，合作度为2．78。独著论文312篇（37．45％）。重庆地区186篇（22．33％）居第一位。核心作者134人，发文410篇（49．22％）。高产机构10个，发文249篇（29．89％）。2000年以后，HIFU论文发文和作者合作情况发生了明显的变化，2000—2006年发文792篇HIFU文献中，作者3147人次，单篇论文平均作者数3．72，平均合著率为81．12％。结论：HIFU文献作者分布范围广，论文合作率较高，拥有一支实力雄厚，对刊物影响较大、造诣较深的核心作者群。各地区在HIFU学领域研究中科研力量分布不均衡，重庆地区的HIFU研究机构在该领域中居前列。
